The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) presented at the Morgan Stanley India Investment Forum 2025 on June 3, 2025.
IHCL's transformation from 2017 to 2025 includes:
Revenue increasing from ₹ 4,000 crore to over ₹ 8,500 crore.
EBITDA margin improving from 16% to 35%.
Net Profit (PAT) rising from a loss of ₹ 63 crore to a profit of over ₹ 1,900 crore (including a one-off exceptional item of ₹ 305 crore in FY25).
Net debt turning into cash reserves of over ₹ 3,000 crore.
ROCE increasing from 5% to 17%.
Portfolio expansion from 155 to 385+ hotels.
Market capitalization growing from ₹ 13,000 crore to over ₹ 1,00,000 crore.
