Infibeam Avenues Limited's Rights Issue Committee, at its meeting on June 19, 2025, approved the terms for its Rights Issue:

• The company will issue 69,99,85,723 partly paid-up Equity Shares, each with a face value of ₹1.
• The issue price is ₹10 per Equity Share, which includes a premium of ₹9 per share.
• Payment for the shares will be made in two calls: ₹5 per share on application (₹0.50 face value, ₹4.50 premium) and the remaining ₹5 per share on a final call, as determined by the Board/Rights Issue Committee.
• The total issue size is ₹6,99,98,57,230 (Rupees Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Crores Ninety Eight Lakhs Fifty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Only), assuming full subscription and receipt of all call monies.
• June 26, 2025, has been set as the Record Date to determine eligible equity shareholders.
• The Rights Entitlement Ratio is 67 Rights Equity Shares for every 267 fully paid-up Equity Shares held as on the record date.
• The Rights Issue period is from Thursday, July 03, 2025 (Opening Date) to Friday, July 11, 2025 (Closing Date).
• The last date for on-market renunciation of Rights Entitlements is Monday, July 07, 2025, and for off-market renunciation is Thursday, July 10, 2025.
• The Rights Issue Committee also adopted and approved the Letter of Offer and other issue-related materials for filing with BSE, NSE, and SEBI.
