Infosys (INFY) announced the incorporation of a new step-down wholly-owned subsidiary named Infosys BPM Netherlands B.V. in the Netherlands on 20 Mar 25. The business registration extract was received on 24 Mar 25. The subsidiary's share capital is One Euro and it will operate in the Information Technology and IT-enabled Services sector. This entity is a subsidiary of Infosys BPM UK Limited, which is itself a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of Infosys.
