Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited has received approval from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) for the re-appointment of Mr. Krishnan Ramachandran as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Company.

• IRDAI granted its approval on April 22, 2025.
• The re-appointment is for a period of five (5) years.
• The tenure will be effective from May 01, 2025 to April 30, 2030.

This follows the earlier approvals by the Company's Board of Directors on February 04, 2025, and by the Shareholders on March 28, 2025, which were subject to IRDAI approval.
