Iris Clothings Limited announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025.
Key Financial Highlights:
- Total Income for Q4FY25 was ₹40.33 crore, compared to ₹42.14 crore in Q4FY24.
- Total Income for FY25 stood at ₹146.58 crore, a growth of 20.1% YoY compared to ₹122.02 crore in FY24.
- EBITDA for Q4FY25 was ₹8.23 crore, a growth of 15.8% YoY from ₹7.10 crore in Q4FY24. EBITDA Margin for Q4FY25 was 20.4%.
- EBITDA for FY25 was ₹28.31 crore with a margin of 19.3%.
- Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q4FY25 was ₹4.48 crore, a growth of 28.6% YoY from ₹3.49 crore in Q4FY24.
- PAT for FY25 was ₹13.12 crore, a growth of 7.5% YoY compared to ₹12.21 crore in FY24.
Commenting on the performance, Mr. Santosh Ladha, Managing Director, said:
- He was pleased with the continued growth in Q4FY25, noting a revival in operational profitability despite encountering input cost challenges earlier in the year.
- Growth was accelerated by the B2B segment, with 9 new distributors added during the quarter.
- The company successfully raised ₹47.5 crore through a rights issue, which will be strategically allocated for growth initiatives.
