JM Financial Limited announced that Mr. Darius Pandole, a Senior Management Person (SMP) of the Company, will cease to be an SMP with effect from the close of business hours on April 30, 2025.

• This cessation is consequent upon his resignation letter dated March 17, 2025.
• In his resignation letter, Mr. Pandole cited personal reasons for stepping down from his role as "Managing Director & CEO - Private Equity".
