- Her expertise spans Economics, Finance & Financial Management, Business Management, Risk Management, and Administration.
- She currently holds independent directorships in other listed companies such as LT Foods Limited, Panacea Biotech Limited, Waree Renewable Technologies Limited, and Indo Count Industries Limited.
- She will receive only sitting fees for attending Board and Committee meetings, with no other remuneration.
