Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS) has received approval from both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on April 28, 2025, for the reclassification of certain individuals from the "Promoter" category to the "Public" category of shareholders.

The reclassification was sought under Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, based on an application dated September 12, 2024.

The individuals reclassified are:

• B. Krishnaiah
• Bollineni Seenaiah Naidu
• Sujatha Bollineni
• Bollineni Aishwarya

Following this approval, the above-mentioned individuals have ceased to be members of the 'Promoter/ Promoter Group' of the Company.
