Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS Hospitals) announced its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2025.
- Q4 FY25 Consolidated Highlights:
- Total revenue stood at ₹801 Crore, a growth of 25.7% year-on-year.
- EBITDA was ₹203 Crore, growing 24.4% year-on-year.
- EBITDA margin was 25.3%.
- PAT reached ₹106 Crore compared to ₹72 Crore in Q4 FY24.
- FY25 Consolidated Highlights:
- Total revenue was ₹3,067 Crore, a growth of 22.0% year-on-year.
- EBITDA was ₹815 Crore, growing 24.7% year-on-year.
- EBITDA margin improved to 26.6% from 26.0% in FY24.
- PAT was ₹415 Crore against ₹336 Crore in FY24.
- Consolidated EPS for FY25 was ₹9.6, up 24.0% year-on-year.
- Operational Highlights (Consolidated):
- In Q4 FY25, ARPOB grew by 21.0% year-on-year and ARPP grew by 8.4% year-on-year.
- In FY25, ARPOB grew by 22.7% year-on-year, ARPP grew by 9.2% year-on-year.
- IP Volume grew by 11.6% and OP Volume grew by 14.1% year-on-year in FY25.
- Cash and Cash Equivalents were ₹102 Crore as on 31 March 2025.
- The company highlighted several clinical achievements across its hospitals in Secunderabad, Kondapur, Ananthapur, Nagpur (Kingsway), and Kurnool, including complex surgeries and first-time procedures in various regions.
- Commenting on the results, Dr. B Bhaskar Rao, CMD, KIMS Hospitals, stated that FY25 was an excellent year on multiple fronts, adding new units across geographies. He mentioned commencing operations at Thane in April 2025 and plans to open 2 units in Bangalore in H1 FY26.
