KPIT Technologies Limited has announced the Record Date for the payment of its Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25.
The Final Dividend declared is ₹6.00 (Rupees Six only) per Equity Share, which represents 60% per Equity Share of ₹10/- each.
The Record Date for determining eligible shareholders for this dividend is Monday, July 28, 2025.
The payment of this Final Dividend is contingent upon its approval by the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
If approved and declared, the dividend will be paid to eligible members of the company within the statutory timelines as per the Companies Act, 2013.
