Linde India has been awarded a long-term contract by Asian Paints (Polymers) Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Asian Paints Limited, to supply industrial gases via pipeline to its new manufacturing facility in Dahej, Gujarat. The gases will be utilized in the production of Vinyl Acetate Monomer (VAM) and Vinyl Acetate Ethylene Emulsion (VAE).

To fulfill this contract and bolster its pipeline cluster in the Dahej area, Linde India will install its third Air Separation Unit (ASU) in Dahej. The new ASU will have a liquid capacity of 245 TPD and a Gaseous Oxygen (GOX) capacity of 100 TPD.
