Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited announced changes in its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP).

• Ms. Bijal Parmar has temporarily stepped down as Assistant Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and KMP of the Company with effect from the close of April 24, 2025, to avail maternity leave.
• Consequent to her stepping down, she ceased to hold these positions under the Listing Regulations and as a KMP.
• The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on April 25, 2025, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, approved the appointment of Ms. Snehal Patil as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer under Listing Regulations (in an Interim capacity) designated as "Interim Company Secretary".
• Ms. Snehal Patil's appointment is effective from April 25, 2025, and she will also be a KMP from this date.
• Ms. Snehal Patil holds a master's degree in commerce, is an Associate Member of ICSI, and has a law degree. She has over 12 years of post-qualification experience in corporate secretarial practices and regulatory compliance, having previously worked with companies like Larsen & Toubro Limited and the Volkswagen group.
