- The announcement pertains to shares for which dividends have not been claimed for seven consecutive years or more, making them eligible for transfer to the IEPF demat account as per Section 124 of the Companies Act, 2013.

- Shareholders are urged to verify their details on the company's website.
- The company has individually contacted relevant shareholders to inform them about claiming their unclaimed dividends.
- Shareholders whose dividends are still unclaimed and whose shares are liable for transfer by 27 September 2025, are requested to claim their dividend by 15 September 2025.
- The due date for claiming the dividend for the financial year 2017-18 is 30 August 2025. Shareholders are requested to submit their applications by 18 August 2025.
- If no valid claim is received by the stipulated due date, the shares will be transferred to the IEPF without further notice.
- For physical shares, new share certificates will be issued in the name of IEPF, and the original certificates held by shareholders will be cancelled and deemed non-negotiable.
- For dematerialized shares, the company will facilitate the transfer to the IEPF demat account through depositories via corporate action.
- All future dividends on shares transferred to IEPF will also be transferred to the IEPF.
- Shareholders can reclaim their shares and/or unclaimed dividends from the IEPF by applying online using Webform IEPF-5 on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) website: www.iepf.gov.in.
