Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited announced the amendment of its Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI).

• The amendment is in compliance with Regulation 8(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, incorporating recent regulatory changes.
• The amended Code was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 25, 2025.
• The updated Code will be effective from June 10, 2025.
