Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL) announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 06, 2025, approved the appointment of M/s. M P Sanghavi & Associates LLP as the Secretarial Auditors of the company.

• The appointment is for a period of five consecutive years.
• The term will commence from FY 2025-26 and continue till FY 2029-30.
• This appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
