• His designation has been changed from "Director – API Sales & Marketing" to "President – International Growth".
• The change is effective from April 28, 2025.
• Mr. Suri holds an M.B.A. from Regent’s University, London, and has previously worked with international organizations.
• He is currently overseeing the sales and marketing activities of the API business.
• Mr. Kushal Suri is the nephew of Mr. Sushil Suri, Chairman & Managing Director, and Mr. Sanjay Suri, Whole-Time Director of the Company.
