Samvardhana Motherson International announced the completion of share transmission and trustee changes on 26 Mar 25, as previously informed on 17 May 24 and 2 Dec 24.

• 5,85,127 equity shares of the company from Late Smt. Renu Alka Sehgal were transmitted to her son Mr. Laksh Vaaman Sehgal (3,84,588 shares) and daughter Ms. Vidhi Sehgal Chopra (2,00,539 shares).
• The trustee for Renu Sehgal Trust has been changed, with Shri Sehgals Trustee Company Private Limited and Ms. Geeta Soni & Mr. Laksh Vaaman Sehgal appointed as new trustees, holding 82.18 crore and 1.93 crore shares respectively.

In a separate update, Motherson stated that current US tariffs on imported products are not expected to have a material financial impact, as most products are US-made or USMCA compliant. Future impact will depend on tariff modifications.
