Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on April 26, 2025. The Board approved the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025.
- Standalone net profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25) was ₹363.14 crore, showing a sequential increase from ₹304.19 crore in Q3 FY25, but a decrease from ₹1,136.84 crore reported in Q4 FY24.
- Standalone revenue from operations for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹27,601.39 crore, compared to ₹25,600.78 crore in Q3 FY25 and ₹29,190.05 crore in Q4 FY24.
- For the full financial year ended March 31, 2025 (FY25), standalone net profit was ₹50.58 crore, a significant drop from ₹3,595.93 crore in the previous financial year (FY24).
- Standalone revenue from operations for FY25 increased to ₹1,09,277.49 crore from ₹1,05,223.28 crore in FY24.
- Consolidated net profit for Q4 FY25 was ₹370.63 crore, compared to ₹309.30 crore in Q3 FY25 and ₹1,138.50 crore in Q4 FY24.
- For FY25, consolidated net profit was ₹56.21 crore, down sharply from ₹3,597.05 crore in FY24.
- Consolidated revenue from operations for Q4 FY25 and FY25 mirrored the standalone figures at ₹27,601.39 crore and ₹1,09,277.49 crore respectively.
- Basic and Diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) (Standalone) for Q4 FY25 was ₹2.07 and for FY25 was ₹0.29.
- Basic and Diluted EPS (Consolidated) for Q4 FY25 was ₹2.11 and for FY25 was ₹0.32.
- The Board of Directors has not recommended any Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25.
- M/s Ullas Kumar Melinamogaru & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary, have been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2024-25 and 2025-26, with a potential extension for FY 2026-27.
- The Statutory Auditors have issued audit reports with an unmodified opinion on the Financial Statements.
