MSUMI: AGM on Aug 28, 2025; Record date for ₹0.35 final dividend is June 23, 2025

Motherson Sumi Wiring India Limited (MSUMI) has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 28, 2025.
The record date for determining shareholders eligible for the final dividend is June 23, 2025.
The final dividend is ₹0.35 per equity share (face value of ₹1 each), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
If approved, the final dividend will be paid on or before September 26, 2025.
This final dividend is in addition to the interim dividend of ₹0.50 already paid for the financial year 2024-25.
