• Tranche 1: ₹35 crore, allotted on 25 Mar 25, maturing on 22 Aug 25, discount rate of 9.60%, tenure of 150 days, ISIN INE296G14495.
• Tranche 2: ₹30 crore, allotted on 25 Mar 25, maturing on 15 Oct 25, discount rate of 9.80%, tenure of 204 days, ISIN INE296G14503.

Both tranches are rated CRISIL A1+ and allotted to Northern Arc Capital Limited.
