Nandan Denim Limited (NDL) announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities for designated persons, connected persons, and their relatives from 1 Apr 25. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending 31 Mar 25. The date of the board meeting to consider these financial results will be announced separately.
