NCC Limited held an earnings conference call on May 16, 2025, to discuss Q4 and FY '25 financial results.
The company achieved its revised guidance for FY '25, with a 5% increase in revenue.
The order book stands at ₹71,568 crore, the highest ever.
In FY '25, NCC booked orders worth ₹32,888 crore, 50% more than the upper band of the provided guidance.
EBITDA margin was 9.1%, closely aligned with guidance.
For FY '26, NCC provided guidance of order inflow between ₹22,000 crore to ₹25,000 crore.
Revenue growth of 10% and EBITDA margin between 9% to 9.25% is expected for FY '26.
Division-wise order book:
Buildings: ₹22,440 crore (31% of total)
Transportation: ₹17,929 crore (25% of total)
Electrical T&D: ₹16,666 crore (23% of total)
Irrigation: ₹4,189 crore (6% of total)
Water: ₹4,782 crore (7% of total)
Mining: ₹5,555 crore (8% of total)
Standalone turnover for Q4 was ₹5,376 crore, and ₹19,205 crore for the 12 months.
Consolidated turnover was ₹6,131 crore for Q4 and ₹22,199 crore for the 12 months.
The company achieved an EBITDA margin of 9.21% for Q4 and 9.09% for the 12 months on a standalone basis.
Net debt decreased from ₹2,344 crore to ₹710 crore from Q3 to Q4.
Working capital stands at ₹4,374 crore, which is 17% of the turnover.
Debt-to-equity ratio stands at 0.2% at the end of Q4.
Capex incurred in FY '25 was ₹305 crore.
A dividend of 110% (₹2.20 per share) was declared.
ROCE stands at 14.61%, and EPS stands at ₹12.10 as at the end of Q4.
Management mentioned that a guidance of 10% revenue growth depends on the ability of clients to mobilize and make payments on time.
The L1 project is about ₹7,000 crore to ₹8,000 crore, which is included in the inflow guidance of ₹22,000 crore to ₹25,000 crore.
Capex for FY '26 is estimated at ₹750 crore, including investments in TBM for tunneling projects.
The company expects to invest ₹280 crore in smart meter projects, with ₹130 crore by Q2.
Receivables from Andhra Pradesh capital city projects are around ₹110 crore.
