  • Profit Before Tax: ₹1,028.36 crore (FY24: ₹911.35 crore)
  • Net Profit After Tax: ₹752.22 crore (FY24: ₹628.94 crore)
  • Earnings Per Share (Basic): ₹12.12 (FY24: ₹10.06)

• Standalone Financial Highlights (Q4 FY25 vs Q4 FY24):

  • Revenue from Operations: ₹5,376.05 crore (Q4 FY24: ₹5,446.02 crore)
  • Profit Before Tax: ₹244.47 crore (Q4 FY24: ₹288.75 crore)

• The Board of Directors has recommended a Dividend of ₹2.20 (110%) per Equity Share of face value ₹2/- each for the Financial Year 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

• M/s Ravi & Subramanyam, Company Secretaries, have been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a term of five years starting from FY 2025-26.
