Nesco Limited announced on 29 Mar 25 that it has received the Intimation of Disapproval (IOD) from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for the development of the proposed Tower 2 in IT Park at Nesco Center, Goregaon (East), Mumbai. This approval is valid up to 28 Mar 26. With this IOD, the company will now undertake the necessary compliances and steps to obtain the work commencement certificate for the development of Tower 2.
