• The order is for the manufacturing and supply of Universal Rocket Launcher, with a range up to 300km.
• The order was awarded by a leading global OEM, an Israel-based defence technology company, making it an international contract.
• The company is required to execute the order on or before November 2027.
• NIBE Limited confirmed that neither the promoter/promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
