Oberoi Realty appoints Mr. Sanjay Shah as Independent Director for 5 years

Oberoi Realty Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Shah (DIN 00338251) as an Additional (Independent) Director.
The appointment is effective from June 16, 2025, for a period of 5 years, until June 15, 2030, subject to the approval of shareholders.
Mr. Sanjay Shah brings over 32 years of experience in Investment banking and Capital Markets.
He was previously with Morgan Stanley India from 1996 to 2023, where he served as Country Head - India & Managing Director.
Mr. Shah is a Chemical Engineer and holds a Masters in Management Studies in Finance from Mumbai University.
