Petronet LNG Limited announced a change in its Nominee Director representing Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL).

• Shri G. Krishnakumar (DIN: 09375274) ceased to be a Nominee Director of BPCL on the Board of Petronet LNG Limited with effect from 1st May 2025.
• His cessation is consequent to his superannuation as Chairman & Managing Director on the Board of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited on 30th April 2025.
• BPCL has nominated Shri Sanjay Khanna (DIN: 09485131), Director (Refineries) with additional charge of Chairman & Managing Director, as a Nominee Director on the Board of Petronet LNG Limited in place of Shri G. Krishnakumar.
• Details of Shri Sanjay Khanna will be intimated after his appointment on the Board in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013.
