Postal Ballot Results: Share Subdivision and Capital Alteration Approved

Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited announced the results of its postal ballot held on 8 May 2025.
The postal ballot sought shareholder approval for two resolutions:
Sub-division/split of existing 1 (one) equity share of face value of ₹ 10 each into 2 (two) equity shares of face value of ₹ 5 each.
Alteration of the Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the company.
Both resolutions were approved by the members with the requisite majority on 7 June 2025.
For the share split, 2,56,63,423 votes were in favor and 1,279 votes were against.
For the alteration of capital clause, 2,56,63,333 votes were in favor and 1,350 votes were against.
