Prestige Estates Projects Limited (Prestige Group) announced the successful completion and inauguration of its first three landmark projects in Mumbai, marking its significant debut delivery in the city since its 2022 launch. These developments collectively span 2.8 million square feet.

• The Group will be handing over nearly 700 premium residences and 130 office units in the coming months.
• The completed projects include:
  • Siesta at The Prestige City, Mulund: This is the first residential phase of The Prestige City, a large-scale, mixed-use integrated township. The 54-storey tower comprises 462 sky-lounge residences and includes a signature multi-level clubhouse.
  • Prestige Jasdan Classic, Mahalaxmi: A boutique luxury residential development spread across 2 acres, this 45-storey tower houses 233 residences. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, children’s play area, banquet hall, gymnasium, badminton and squash courts, and a multipurpose arena.
  • Prestige Turf Tower, Mahalaxmi: A Grade A commercial development overlooking the Mahalaxmi Race Course.
