• The Company completed dispatching the Notice of the EGM through E-mail on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, to eligible shareholders as of May 23, 2025.
• Copies of the newspaper advertisement were published in “Financial Express” and “Prabhat” on Thursday, May 29, 2025.
• The Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 11:30 A.M. (IST).
• The meeting will take place at the registered office of the Company at Solitaire Business Hub, 7010 C & D, 7th Floor, Opposite NECO Garden Society, Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra, India, 411014.
• The Company has provided the facility for electronic voting (remote e-voting as well as e-voting at the EGM) on the resolution(s) set out in the Notice.
• The e-voting window will commence on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. and will conclude on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
