RattanIndia Enterprises Limited announced on 13 Mar 25 the release of 2,34,77,500 equity shares, representing 1.698% of the company's share capital, by promoter group company Laurel Energetics Private Limited. These shares, previously pledged to Aditya Birla Finance Limited, secured financial assistance for Revolt Intellicorp Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of RattanIndia Enterprises.
