Raymond Limited announced that the Scheme of Arrangement between Raymond Limited (the “Demerged Company”) and Raymond Realty Limited (the “Resulting Company”) and their respective shareholders has become effective from May 01, 2025. The Scheme became effective post filing of e-Form INC-28 on close of business hours on April 30, 2025.

The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed Wednesday, May 14, 2025, as the Record Date.

This Record Date is for the purpose of determining the eligible shareholders of the Demerged Company (Raymond Limited) to whom the equity shares of the Resulting Company (Raymond Realty Limited) would be allotted in terms of the Scheme.
