Redtape Limited announced its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, and recommended a final dividend.

- The company's paid-up share capital increased from ₹27.64 crore (₹27,64,03,800) to ₹110.56 crore (₹110,56,15,200) following a 3:1 bonus issue of 4,14,65,700 fully paid-up Equity Shares of ₹2 each on February 5, 2025, by capitalizing ₹82.92 crore (₹82,92,11,400) from General Reserve. The EPS figures for all periods presented have been adjusted to reflect this bonus issue.
