Religare Enterprises Limited announced that its material subsidiary, Religare Finvest Limited (RFL), convened an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 25 Mar 25. The EGM was held to pass a resolution for the removal of Dr. Rashmi Saluja as Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director. Shareholders unanimously passed the resolution, and Dr. Saluja ceased to be a director and Chairperson of the Board of RFL, effective 25 Mar 25.
