Artemis Medicare Services Limited informed shareholders holding shares in physical mode to furnish their PAN, KYC, and Nomination details to the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), Alankit Assignments Limited, as per SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 7, 2024.
Shareholders who have not furnished their PAN, Contact Details, Bank A/c details, and specimen signatures will not be eligible to lodge grievances or avail any service request from the RTA until these details are provided.
Payments, including dividend, interest, or redemption, will be made only through electronic mode from April 1, 2024, upon furnishing the required details.
SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/81 dated June 10, 2024, allows physical security holders with PAN, contact details and bank account details to receive payments and lodge grievances even without submitting a nomination. However, shareholders are encouraged to provide nomination details.
The required forms (ISR-1, ISR-2, SH-13, SH-14, ISR-3) are available on the company's website and the RTA's website.
Documents can be submitted to Alankit Assignments Limited via post, in-person verification, or electronically with e-sign.
All requests for transfer of securities, including transmission and transposition, will be processed only in dematerialized form. Shareholders are advised to dematerialize their physical shares.
