• Shareholders, at a meeting on 20 May 2025, approved a primary investment and equity subscription by Reco Bellflower Private Limited, an affiliate of GIC Pte Limited. This investment will result in GIC holding 35% of the fully-diluted equity share capital in three of Samhi Hotels' subsidiaries: Ascent Hotels Private Limited, SAMHI JV Business Hotels Private Limited, and Innmar Tourism and Hotels Private Limited. The combined enterprise value of these target companies is ascribed at INR 2,200.00 crore (INR 22,000.00 million).
• During the year ended 31 March 2025, Samhi Hotels acquired 100% share capital of Innmar Tourism and Hotels Private Limited for INR 21.40 crore (INR 214.018 million) on 4 October 2024.
• The company divested its investment in Duet India Hotels (Chennai OMR) Private Limited on 19 February 2025, with the loss on sale recorded as an exceptional item.
