Sanofi India Limited has appointed Ms. Sudipta Chakraborty as the Head of Legal, India, effective from 2nd June 2025.
The appointment follows the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval by the Board of Directors.
Ms. Chakraborty has over 20 years of experience in the Legal function, specializing in Legal, Compliance, Patents and Trademark laws.
She joins Sanofi India Limited from Aditya Birla Group, where she was designated as the Vice President - Group Legal & Compliance.
Ms. Chakraborty holds a BA LLB (Honours) degree from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
