Sat Industries Limited announced the amalgamation of its material subsidiary, Sah Polymers Limited, into the company, effective 1 Apr 25. The decision was approved at a board meeting held on 8 Mar 25. Sah Polymers is a leading manufacturer of plastic products with five production facilities. Following the amalgamation, Sah Polymers' business will be fully integrated into Sat Industries.
