Shipping Corporation of India Land and Assets Limited (SCILAL) announced a change in its Board of Directors.

• Capt. B.K. Tyagi, who is currently the Chairman and Managing Director of SCILAL, has been entrusted with the additional charge of Director (Operations) on the SCILAL Board.
• This is pursuant to the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways conveying approval for his additional charge as Director (Personnel & Administration) at Shipping Corporation of India (SCI).
• The additional charge as Director (Operations) at SCILAL is for a period of 3 months, effective from 01.05.2025 to 31.07.2025, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
• The appointment is subject to the approval of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC).
• The event occurred on 08.05.2025 at 1813 hours IST.
