SEPC secures ₹650 crore EPC order for 133 MW AC Solar Power Project in Maharashtra

SEPC Limited received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Parmeshi Urja Limited, Kolkata, on 10th June 2025.
The LOA is for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of a 133 MW AC Solar Power Project.
The project will be executed at 26 locations across 4 districts in Maharashtra, India.
The total consideration for this order is ₹650 Crores.
The time period for execution will be mutually agreed upon at the Kick-off Meeting for each location.
The order is from a domestic entity and does not involve any related party transactions or promoter/promoter group interest.
