Silver Touch Technologies Limited has announced the appointment of five officials as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, effective from 8th May 2025.

• Mr. Rachit Patel has been appointed as Global Delivery Head.
• Mr. Yusuf Gandhi has been appointed as Head of Digital Transformation.
• Mr. Vinod Kadia has been appointed as Vice President - Infrastructure Services.
• Mr. Mihir Joshi has been appointed as Senior Vice President - Business Development.
• Mr. Pankaj Kumar Jha has been appointed as Vice President – E-Governance.

These individuals are existing full-time employees who have been designated as Senior Management Personnel as per the provisions of SEBI regulations.
