SKF India convenes equity shareholders meeting for scheme of arrangement

SKF India Limited is convening a meeting of equity shareholders on July 14, 2025, via video conferencing, to consider a scheme of arrangement.
The scheme involves SKF India Limited and SKF India (Industrial) Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors.
The meeting follows an order from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, dated June 4, 2025.
Notice of the meeting was published in newspapers on June 9, 2025, including Financial Express, Business Standard, Economic Times, Mint and Loksatta.
Remote e-voting will be available from July 10, 2025, 9:00 a.m. (IST) to July 13, 2025, 5:00 p.m. (IST).
Mr. Kuldeep Kumar Kareer (Retd. Judicial Member, NCLT) is appointed as the Chairperson for the meeting.
Mr. Keval Mahendra Shah, Chartered Accountant, is appointed as the scrutinizer for the meeting.
