SML Isuzu Announces Postal Ballot Notice for Shareholders

SML Isuzu Limited has announced a postal ballot for shareholders, conducted through remote e-voting.
The postal ballot notice was dispatched electronically on 12th June 2025, to shareholders registered as of the cut-off date of 10th June 2025.
The resolutions include the appointment of Mr. Yasushi Nishikawa as a Director and as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Remote e-voting will commence on 14th June 2025 at 9:00 A.M (IST) and will end on 13th July 2025 at 5:00 P.M (IST).
Mr. Kanwaljit Singh, a Practicing Company Secretary, has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the postal ballot.
The results will be announced within 48 hours from the closure of e-voting and will be available on the company's website and stock exchanges.
