The South Indian Bank Limited announced on June 11, 2025, the appointment of Joint Statutory Central Auditors for the Financial Year 2025-26, following approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) via letter dated June 11, 2025.

• M/s M P Chitale & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN 101851W) have been approved for their second year.
• M/s Borkar and Muzumdar, Chartered Accountants (FRN 101569W) have been approved for their first year. Their appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 97th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for a continuous period of three years, till the conclusion of the AGM for FY2027-28.
• M/s K Venkatachalam Aiyer & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN 004610S), one of the existing Joint Statutory Central Auditors, will retire upon completion of their term after the conclusion of the 97th AGM.
