• Withdrawal of Composite Scheme of Arrangement: The Board formally approved the withdrawal of the Composite Scheme of Arrangement involving Spacenet Enterprises India Limited ("SEIL"), Winteg People Solutions Private Limited ("WPSPL"), and Pathfinder Enterprise Solutions Private Limited ("PESPL"). The company cited persistent delays primarily due to procedural bottlenecks and a lack of adequate progress and engagement from the counterparty entities as reasons for the withdrawal. The Board has resolved to redirect the company’s strategic focus and internal resources toward ongoing high-yield initiatives aligned with current business priorities.
