• Sh. Naresh Kumar Jain was appointed as Whole-Time Director in 2009 and had been an integral part of the Company's leadership since then.
• He played a pivotal role in the strategic direction and growth of the Company, with his contributions being instrumental in its progress.
• The Company stated that his demise is an irreparable loss, and the Board of Directors and all employees expressed their deepest condolences to the bereaved family.
