Sportking India Limited announced on 21 May 2025 that CRISIL Ratings Limited has upgraded its long-term credit rating while reaffirming its short-term rating.

• The Long Term Rating for banking facilities amounting to ₹935 crore has been upgraded from "CRISIL A/Positive" to "CRISIL A+/Stable".
• The Short Term Rating for banking facilities amounting to ₹65 crore has been reaffirmed at "CRISIL A1".
• The total banking facilities rated amount to ₹1000 crore.
