Sula Vineyards Limited has invested ₹13 crores in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Artisan Spirits Private Limited (ASPL).
This investment was made by subscribing to a rights issue of ASPL, involving 98,03,921 equity shares at ₹13.26 per share (including a premium of ₹3.26 per share).
The company had previously intimated on 8 May 2025, about a proposed investment of up to ₹15 crores in ASPL.
ASPL, incorporated on 22 September 2011, is engaged in manufacturing alcoholic beverages, brand distribution, and hospitality.
ASPL's turnover was ₹84.92 crores in FY 2024-25, ₹66.86 crores in FY 2023-24, and ₹45.68 crores in FY 2022-23.
The investment aims to improve ASPL's net worth, and the funds raised may be utilized for repayment of loans availed from the parent company.
The transaction is considered a related party transaction but was conducted at arm's length.
ASPL will continue to remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sula Vineyards Limited. The investment was completed on 27 June 2025.
