Sundaram Clayton Limited has announced the appointment of M/s B Chandra & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company.

• The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 6th May 2025, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
• The appointment is for a period of five consecutive years, commencing from the financial year 2025-26 and concluding with the financial year 2029-30.
• The appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
• M/s B Chandra & Associates is headed by Ms. CS B Chandra and has experience across various sectors including automobiles, Fertilizers & Chemicals, NBFC, Real estate, and Renewable Energy.
