Surana Solar Limited has announced the disinvestment/sale of 49% of its equity stake in Surana Technologies Private Limited, a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary.

• The Board of Directors approved this transaction on 3 May 2025.
• The sale was executed today, 16 May 2025, with Baidyanath Power Private Limited.
• Surana Technologies Private Limited is currently involved in implementing a 54MW Solar Power Project in Maharashtra.
• The consideration received from the sale is ₹2,03,61,460.
• Following this transaction, Surana Technologies Private Limited will cease to be a wholly-owned subsidiary but will continue as a subsidiary of Surana Solar Limited.
• Surana Technologies Private Limited has not contributed to the turnover, revenue, income, or net worth during the last financial year as it is yet to commence business activity.
• The buyer, Baidyanath Power Private Limited, does not belong to the promoter/promoter group/group companies, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
